WARRANTY POLICY

NextBatteries.com industry-leading warranty policy hereby certifies that all our products to meet or exceed the original equipment’s battery specifications for form, fit and excellent functionality -- with a 12-month, full repair or replacement warranty for workmanship defects on all our batteries products. They are also guaranteed to retain approx. 80% of their rated capacity for a period of 12 months for Japanese or Korean Cells and 70% for Chinese cells from the date of shipment if used within the recommended limits.

Shipping and other costs related to return of defective products to NextBatteries.com are the responsibility of the purchaser. An RMA number is required for any products returned to NextBatteries.com. NextBatteries.com will pay for return shipping of replacement products to the original purchaser.

• Expedited Shipping:USPS Standard and UPS options available for $18.00, with delivery in 2-5 business days.

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Mon-Fri) and shipped via FedEx or UPS, with transit times typically ranging from 3-5 business days. We ship within the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii, but do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number. Order Delays:
If your order is not shipped within 2-7 business days, we will email a new estimated ship date. If you choose not to wait, your order will be canceled within 14 business days, and a full refund will be issued.

Package Tracking:
If USPS tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please follow the instructions at https://faq.usps.com/s/article/Where-is-my-package.

Returned Orders:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to incorrect details, a refund will be issued for the item cost, excluding shipping. Customers are also liable for return shipping costs.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

How to return your item:

Contact Customer Service at +1(302) 314-2955 or support@nextbatteries.com. Unshipped orders can be canceled immediately. Shipped orders need an RMA and can be returned within 30 days under our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.

• Full Refunds: Wrong, dead, or damaged batteries.
• Partial Refunds: For returns due to incorrect orders or change of mind, shipping fees will be deducted.

Damaged Items: Report damage within 10 days with a photo, and we'll replace or refund without requiring a return.

Order Cancellation: Once tracking is generated, orders cannot be stopped. Full refunds are issued after returns.

Refund Processing: Refunds within 7 business days of item receipt or 4 business days if no return is needed.

In some cases, we may refund without needing the battery back, and you will be responsible for safe disposal via Call2Recycle.

NextPlus Pet Products

Refused Orders: If you refuse delivery, you'll be credited minus initial shipping, return shipping, and a restocking fee.

Restocking Fees:

• 15% for pet beds, houses, ramps, baths, gates, crates, pens, strollers, and doors.
• 10% for all other items.

Exchanges: Restocking fees are waived for exchanges of size or color, except for crates, cages, gates, and Ideal Doors.
