NextBatteries.com is pleased to offer international shipping to select countries. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order, as international transactions involve additional responsibilities and considerations.


Countries We Ship To

We currently ship to a range of international destinations. If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us to confirm availability. All orders must comply with local import regulations.


Shipping Carriers and Methods

  • We ship via trusted international carriers such as UPS, DHL, USPS and FedEx.

  • Orders containing Lithium-ion (Li-Ion) batteries or other regulated battery types are classified as Dangerous Goods (Hazmat) and require special handling and documentation. These items may incur additional costs and extended handling time.


Handling Time and Transit Estimates

  • Our standard handling time is 2–7 business days, even for express shipping orders. This time is necessary to ensure full compliance with International Air Transport Association (IATA) regulations and all relevant shipping safety protocols, particularly for hazardous materials like lithium-ion batteries, so that your order is prepared, documented, and delivered to you safely and lawfully.

  • Estimated transit time ranges from 7 to 21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance process.

  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, as customs procedures and local delivery conditions vary by country.

Shipping Costs and Dangerous Goods Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Dangerous Goods Handling Fees, when applicable (e.g., for Li-Ion batteries), are included in the shipping total.


Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

  • All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not experts in the import rules of your country. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of and comply with their local import regulations.

  • We do not undervalue shipments or mark them as gifts, in compliance with international trade laws.


No Refunds or Returns

  • All international orders are final once shipped.

  • We do not offer refunds or returns for issues related to customs delays, refusal of delivery, incorrect addresses, or buyer’s remorse.

  • Please confirm all order details carefully before purchasing.


Specification & Compatibility Responsibility

  • Please cross-check all product specifications, size, dimensions, connector types, and compatibility requirements before placing your order.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the battery or product ordered is appropriate for their device and intended use.


OEM Disclaimer

  • We do not sell OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) products.

  • All items sold are high-quality compatible replacement batteries, not produced or endorsed by the original device manufacturer.

  • Items may not come in OEM packaging or carry OEM branding.


Language Requirement

  • All customer communication must be in English.

  • This ensures clarity and avoids miscommunication. Messages sent in other languages may result in delayed or unavailable support.


Tracking and Customer Support

  • Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

  • You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.
