The product appears to be fine. I haven’t had a chance to really give it workout so I can’t speak to quality. It did take several weeks to get here so im guessing it’s drop shipped from China. Who knows what kind of return policy they have. In the future I’ll look online for something from an independent retailer. Camera shops typically have good battery selectors.

The batteries I received work great with my old Sony Handycam and significantly increase the battery life. My only issue was that shipping took longer than expected; customer service responded quickly and was helpful, though!
The store sent a small part of my order and I am still waiting on the rest. I got an email me telling me the order was complete and had to call several times to reach someone to find out they are still waiting on 75%+ of my order.

I ordered these batteries on August 4. The website and my confirmation email stated that the batteries have a handling time of 2-7 business days. On August 18, 14 days and 9 business days after ordering, I reached out to ask when my order would ship. I was told it was set to ship that week. On August 24, my order had still not shipped. At that point, it had been 20 days. I reached out again, and was told that they faced a delay in the stock specifically arranged for my order. I don't understand why I wasn't told that the item was out of stock and that delivery would take longer. There was NO mention of that on the website or in my order, and I was only told when I personally followed up. Would you have ever sent my order if I hadn't followed up?
I wouldn't recommend ordering from Next Batteries and I never will again. If I am paying $9.50 for shipping, it shouldn't take 29 days to receive my package.
