I ordered these batteries on August 4. The website and my confirmation email stated that the batteries have a handling time of 2-7 business days. On August 18, 14 days and 9 business days after ordering, I reached out to ask when my order would ship. I was told it was set to ship that week. On August 24, my order had still not shipped. At that point, it had been 20 days. I reached out again, and was told that they faced a delay in the stock specifically arranged for my order. I don't understand why I wasn't told that the item was out of stock and that delivery would take longer. There was NO mention of that on the website or in my order, and I was only told when I personally followed up. Would you have ever sent my order if I hadn't followed up?
I wouldn't recommend ordering from Next Batteries and I never will again. If I am paying $9.50 for shipping, it shouldn't take 29 days to receive my package.

The battery did not work on arrival. It took nearly a month to get here. I asked for a replacement and they said they could not do it. They said go on Amazon and find one. I said OK will you refund the shipping cost that were nearly as much as the battery. They said no. They will never get my business again. Just beware.
The lead time to get these was longer than I thought (and i'm glad I followed up to nudge them along), but when they arrived they worked and my camera now has batteries that hold their charge again.
Although the picture is identical, the form factor of ADT replacement battery pack was not close to the size of our unit. There are several sizes, so get specific!

Battery finally arrived. Installation was quick and easy. Running and charging times are now back to as-new! Only problem was that shipping was delayed by 4 weeks for unknown reasons.
Ordered on 6/1 arrived 7/24! Was told it going to ship o 2 occasions but it did not so it did not arrive when I needed it.
Once it was available to actually ship it was not expedited or sent with any urgency.
