At NextBatteries, your card is authorized at checkout, and we charge your card immediately for all orders. As a small business, we rely on this process to efficiently manage inventory and ensure prompt order fulfillment.

For bulk or special orders, payment is charged immediately upon confirmation. Many of our products require special sourcing or handling, and advance payment ensures we can fulfill orders without delays or disruption.

While this may differ from practices on larger platforms, it is standard in our industry. If you have any concerns, please contact our support team to cancel your order for a full refund—we do not hold your funds unnecessarily.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit and Debit Cards (processed via PayPal or Stripe)

    • Accepted Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Delta, Electron, Eurocard, Maestro

    • Debit cards must display a Visa or MasterCard logo

  • Stripe

  • Bank Wire Transfer (for international orders only)

Payment Conditions
We may be unable to process your order if:

  • Your card or PayPal account fails to authorize the payment

  • You do not meet our eligibility requirements

  • Provided payment details are inaccurate or incomplete

If payment is declined, we will notify you in writing with the reason for the failure.

Net Terms (Net 15 / Net 30)

  • Eligible U.S. customers may apply for Net 15 or Net 30 terms

  • Eligibility requires either 30 days of account history or a minimum of three prepaid orders

International Orders

  • All international orders must be prepaid by credit card, PayPal, or bank wire transfer

  • Net terms are not available for international customers at this time
