  • Free Shipping:Available on orders over $199 via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL Standard Ground.
    Note:Free shipping is not available for Pets Products.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: $9.50 for orders under $199.
    Note:Flat Rate Shipping does not apply to Pets Products.
  • Expedited Shipping:USPS Standard and UPS options available for $18.00, with delivery in 2-5 business days.

At NextBatteries.com, we offer a wide range of products under the NextPlus Section, including electronics, toys, and pet supplies in the Pets Category. Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Mon-Fri) and shipped via FedEx or UPS, with transit times typically ranging from 3-5 business days. We ship within the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii, but do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number. Order Delays:
If your order is not shipped within 2-7 business days, we will email a new estimated ship date. If you choose not to wait, your order will be canceled within 14 business days, and a full refund will be issued.

Package Tracking:
If USPS tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please follow the instructions at https://faq.usps.com/s/article/Where-is-my-package.

Returned Orders:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to incorrect details, a refund will be issued for the item cost, excluding shipping. Customers are also liable for return shipping costs.
