WARRANTY POLICY

NextBatteries.com industry-leading warranty policy hereby certifies that all our products to meet or exceed the original equipment’s battery specifications for form, fit and excellent functionality -- with a 12-month, full repair or replacement warranty for workmanship defects on all our batteries products. They are also guaranteed to retain approx. 80% of their rated capacity for a period of 12 months for Japanese or Korean Cells and 70% for Chinese cells from the date of shipment if used within the recommended limits.

Shipping and other costs related to return of defective products to NextBatteries.com are the responsibility of the purchaser. An RMA number is required for any products returned to NextBatteries.com. NextBatteries.com will pay for return shipping of replacement products to the original purchaser.

1. Shipping Options

We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Some orders may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers.

Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $199.00 (Standard Ground Shipping).

2. Shipping Rates

Orders under $199.00: Flat rate of $9.50 via USPS Standard (2–9 business days).
Upgrade options available at checkout:

3. Shipping Timeframes

Orders ship within 2–7 business days from Hayward, CA or Fort Worth, TX.
U.S. delivery takes 2–9 business days.

If delayed, you’ll be notified. You may cancel within 14 business days for a full refund.

4. Address Accuracy & Return Shipments

Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect addresses.

Returns from incorrect addresses will be refunded minus shipping charges. Customers cover return shipping costs.

5. Tracking & Delivery Issues

Hazmat Tracking Delays: Li-ion batteries may be delayed due to inspections (3–4 business days).
UPS/FedEx/DHL: Tracking activates within 48 hours.
USPS: May take 2–4 days, especially for Hazmat items.

Missing Package: Marked "Delivered" but not received? Contact USPS for assistance.

6. Stolen or Lost Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for items lost or stolen after that point.

To protect your order, we highly recommend adding Shipping Protection at checkout.

7. Order Cancellations

To cancel, email support@nextbatteries.com.

If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel it immediately.
If already shipped, you can return it per our Return Policy.

8. Payment Timing

At NextBatteries, your card is authorized at checkout, and we charge your card immediately for all orders. As a small business, we rely on this process to efficiently manage inventory and ensure prompt order fulfillment.

For bulk or special orders, payment is charged immediately upon confirmation. Many of our products require special sourcing or handling, and advance payment ensures we can fulfill orders without delays or disruption.

9. International Shipping

We ship to select countries, including Canada via UPS Standard Ground. Customs, duties, and brokerage fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

10. Battery Shipping Guidelines

Li-ion/Li-Polymer batteries ship via ground only (no Hazmat fees).
No air or expedited shipping for these items.
Alaska/Hawaii: Shipped via USPS Priority only.

11. Local Pickup

Local pickup is not available at this time.

12. Sales Tax

Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to the following states: MN, MD, IN, NJ, MI, VA, GA, OH, IL, NC, and CA, unless a valid tax exemption certificate is submitted.

Compatibility & Customer Responsibility

Please ensure Voltage, Dimensions, and Connector Type match your original battery before placing an order.

While refunds are still honored under our 30-day policy, shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility if the wrong item was ordered.

In some cases, we may issue a refund without requiring the battery back. You are responsible for safe disposal via programs like Call2Recycle.

Refund Timelines
