• Contact our support team within 30 days from the date of receipt of the purchased item.
  • Your request is only valid after approval from a member of our customer service team who will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. We will require you to fill and return the RMA back to us for further processing within a specified timeframe - usually 7 business days, from the date of receipt.
  • Do note that you must return your batteries along with the original invoice and the RMA form that you received - all in the package within 7 business days.
  • We understand that there are certain situations where some items may not be returnable and refundable. We have included a restocking fee of 20% for all orders that are special deals, or belong to the “non-stock items” category. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • However, if you have contacted us within the first 10 days after your receipt of the purchased item, and you applied to return the package within the next 15 days, you will be eligible to receive the refund of the amount you paid for the product into your account. Please, note that you will be required to cover the shipping cost for the returned item.


But in the event that we made a mistake to send you the wrong battery product. We will take full responsibility for the return shipping cost, and send you the correct replacement at no extra cost for free!

Additionally, reserves the right to honor or do otherwise, any submitted RMA request that has not been completed.


It is imperative that you contact us immediately (within 10 days after receipt) if the batteries are delivered damaged. You will, however, not need to return the damaged battery. Simply send us a picture of the damaged product and we will ship a brand new one to you.


Do note that we will not grant any refunds to packages that are returned without our express approval, not in compliance with our return policy or if we are contacted later than the specified window period of 10 days. We strongly advise against returning any unapproved merchandise to our remittance address. For non-returnable items, please contact our Custom Service for further assistance.


Shipping and other costs related to return of defective products to are the responsibility of the purchaser. An RMA number is required for any products returned to will pay for return shipping of replacement products to the original purchaser.


Orders shipped by our third-party carriers cannot be STOPPED once tracking is generated. In case of a cancellation request, a refund will be issued in full only after the order is returned to our warehouse and we will cover the return shipping cost.

Usually, UPS/FedEx/DHL tracking is activated within 48 hours and USPS takes 2-4 business days.
