- Items must be in original condition with all accessories.
- An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required for all returns.
- Free return shipping is provided only if the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or product defect); otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges & Warranty (12 Months)
All products include a 12-month warranty. If your battery fails during this period, we will replace it.
Exchange Processing Time: 4–7 business days after receiving your return.
To request an exchange or warranty service:- Email: support@nextbatteries.com
- Include your order number and issue details.
- A photo may be requested to verify the issue.
Return Shipping:
You cover return shipping for defective items. We cover shipping for the replacement.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
Notify us within 10 days of delivery if:
- The item is damaged.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is non-functional.
Send a photo to support@nextbatteries.com — you may not need to return the item. We will send a free replacement if applicable.
Compatibility & Customer Responsibility
Please ensure voltage, dimensions, and connector type match your original battery before placing an order.
Refunds are still honored under our 30-day policy, but shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility if the wrong item was ordered.
In some cases, we may issue a refund without requiring the battery back. You are responsible for safe disposal via programs like Call2Recycle.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before shipping by contacting us directly.
- If the order has already shipped, items must be returned before a refund is issued.
- We cover return shipping for cancellations after tracking has been generated.
Customer Conduct & Dispute Policy
We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order if our team is threatened, harassed, or abused.
If a customer initiates or threatens a dispute, chargeback, or legal action before allowing us to resolve the issue via support, we may proactively cancel and refund the order.
We will not hold customer funds from individuals unwilling to engage respectfully or follow our terms.
We encourage all customers to communicate directly with us before escalating to third-party complaint channels.
Unauthorized or Late Returns
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Returns without prior approval.
- Returns made after 30 days without arrangement.
- Items that do not comply with our Return Policy.

Refund Timelines
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your returned item.
- Refunds that don’t require a return (e.g., canceled orders) may take up to 4 business days.
- Banks may take 2–10 business days to release funds. If not received after 10 days, you may request an ARN (Acquirer Reference Number).
All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not issue checks.
