Worth the wait.

I order a replacement battery which took a little longer than expected in delivery, but when I asked for updates, I was provided with them promptly and kept informed about my order. The battery has worked great, and I would order another again.

HORRIBLE

I ordered these batteries back in April and they did not finish shipping until August. Reps promised shipping dates and failed. Will never order from here again!!! I should file a complaint with the BBB.

I ordered a Dogtra 1900S Dog Training Collar System, Black for my deaf boxer she used the collar for about 6 months maybe more than I let it sit for 10’years in the bag hahaha 10 1/2 years later I picked up another deaf girl the collar wouldn’t charge up so instead of buying a brand new one which was a $250. I took it apart. Found the battery in it typed it up went straight to this website ordered it and was here in a week and we are back in business so I definitely recommend this website and the product.

Quick service

Way to long to get it:

Took way too long to get the battery and test it. You missed out on a large order for my Fire Fighters. Went with a different company . Its ok. Does not last as long as a real BK Battery. Low quality made. Would not buy again.

I will not order here again!

I placed my order then called 1 week later because I did not receive my order. They told me they would place my order then. So another week later I called again and was told it would be another week. Your website said 2-7 days now it is 2 weeks and being told 1 more week. It took 3 weeks to get this battery which is unacceptable. NO phone call no emial stating it was out of stock or nothing. I consider this very bad customer service.
The battery is used for a blood pressure machine in a Neurologists office. I am very displeased and will not use you again.

Purchased the first battery using part number off battery and crossed check to their web page number, exact number but they sent wrong battery said there was a- missing that was not stated on website sent me the correct number to order by said they would credit my account for price of original battery never received anything…. Be very careful when ordering there the part numbers are very deceiving

battery works better then new I was being impatient needed it now but they had to make one other then that company is awesome I will buy from again when I need a battery tank you saved me a lot of money not having to buy a new radio

long time delay and wrong battery for my Dyson DC 44 animal.

It took over 3 months to get the battery I thought I ordered. The battery came and it was the wrong battery for my Dyson DC44 Animal. So just toss it away. Apparently there are two Batteries for my DC44Animal. I called 3 times where is my battery and company just did not know expected delivery. This was just under a $100 cost that I ate. Not trust for normal delivery and not want to wait anymore. I ordered from another company;. Yet when I called they did seem to want to help me, so maybe my battery order was handled the best the company could do. Now and then life does become a problem.
