I’ve been looking for a battery for my handycam for a while and couldn’t find anything that matched it but here they have a lot to choose from and the did have a match to it. It works perfectly and is amazing thanks
Your stated "Handling time is 2-7 Business Days" And after contacting you I found it would be 7 days, oh plus the 4 weekend days, oh and then you had to wait to receive the batteries from your supplier...so nearly 3 weeks after placing my order I contacted you to cancel the order, you said you couldn't because it was already shipped. The ONLY communication I received from you after placing the order, was the order Confirmation. Any other contact I had with you I had to initiate. As I told you then, I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOUR COMPANY AGAIN, EVER! Your customer servers is shit!
We’re sorry for the experience and understand why you’re frustrated. You are correct that our stated handling time is 2–7 business days, and in your case we were late to ship by about 4 business days, for which we sincerely apologize.
The delay happened because Li-Ion batteries must be shipped under strict hazmat regulations in the U.S. Carriers require proper packaging, labeling, and acceptance checks before they allow the shipment to move through their network. Because of these requirements, shipments can sometimes take longer to process and dispatch than standard products.
In addition, we had to wait briefly for the batteries to arrive from our supplier before they could be packed and shipped. Combined with the hazmat handling requirements for lithium-ion batteries, this unfortunately pushed the shipment beyond the normal timeframe.
Regarding the cancellation, by the time we received your request the order had already been processed and released for shipment, which is why we were unable to stop it at that stage.
We do apologize for the delay and for not communicating the situation more proactively. Your feedback is noted, and we are working to improve our communication when orders are affected by Li-Ion shipping and hazmat compliance delays.

They said they have these batteries in stock I ordered them took 45 days to get them because they don't have anything in stock they have to order it themselves and then ship it out I would just assume pay more money from the other companies and have it quicker than the $20 that I saved and had to wait 45 days
