I BOUGHT THIS BATTERY AND ITS NEVER WORKED SINCE . BAD BATTERIES.
Other batteries I tried failed. This one was perfect.
Definitely was on the slow boat from China and took over a month to get. But this battery was much higher quality than the last one I purchased from amazon.
The batteries were perfect match. I had an old camera and it was great being able to use again! The batteries arrived promptly and worked great!

purchased a dyson battery ..site promises delivery within 2 -7 days already charged my credit card on purchase BUT its been almost a month no battery and especially not shipping update...I hope I have not been SCAMMED by next battery....

It took over a month to receive my order that was scheduled for 10 days maximum. It wasn’t until I called in that I was notified of shipping delays. I use these batteries for my work and needed an accurate time estimate. The problem was no communication. I can deal with delays better if I knew what they were. Thoroughly disappointed with the communication of your company.

I recieved the battery after calling to conform delivery date.....I got the item a few days later....The problem is i revieved 2 items.....I will gladly return the 2nd one if you will send me a prepaid, addressed envelope.....thank you....
My order was received 6 days ago. Took 24 days to get it. And one of the batteries will not charge. Came out of the box that way. The City of Howe Oklahoma and the Howe Police department will not do business with next batteries ever again.
They 5 to 7 business days? Good luck. And even better luck that the batteries all work.

We will issue you an RMA and arrange an exchange for the faulty battery at no cost to you. Once we receive the defective battery, we will promptly ship a replacement.

I used this replacement battery to repair a fading JBL E55BT headphone, now it works like new and I will hopefully get another 10 years of use out of them. Before right after a full charge cycle it displayed a 40% charge, now it displays 100% and works for hours.
