If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return and refund:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.
- It must be returned in the same condition as received, in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- The return request must be made within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- A Return Ticket ID must be issued by our support team before the item is shipped back.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product has been used, installed, or tampered with.
- The battery seal has been broken or removed.
- The item is custom-made, special order, or built to order.
- The item is returned without prior authorization.
- The return is based on expecting an OEM battery. NextBatteries.com does not sell OEM products.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return:

- We will issue a Return Ticket ID and provide shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
- Returns without a valid Return Ticket ID will not be accepted or processed.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fee
- If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), we will provide a prepaid return label.

If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., wrong item ordered, change of mind, buyer’s remorse):
- The customer is responsible for return shipping.
- A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply, especially for special orders or incorrect OEM expectations.
- No prepaid return label will be issued for these cases.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will receive an email confirming receipt of the returned item and the outcome of your refund request.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically appear within 5 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.
Important Reminders
- Returns received after 30 days of delivery may be denied.
- Items damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging will not be refunded.
